6 green onions, sliced
5 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
1 small bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2 Tablespoons olive oil
juice of 2-3 limes
Real Salt to taste
Southwestern seasonings to taste (we used chili powder and cumin, just a few shakes)
In a bowl combine all ingredients, stir. Serve fresh or chilled.
Mmm...sounds and looks great. You've got my curiosity piqued as to what that yummy lettuce leaf plus filling is to the side of it.
