I LOVE this website!! I share it with EVERYONE! Usually via email, but everyone I have shared it with loves it too. You have been a life saver for me, as I have had to cut several things from my diet in order to breast feed my baby. What a blessing it has been in our lives to learn how to eat more healthy.
