Make Your Own Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup cumin
1/2 cup oregano
1/2 garlic powder
1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup minced onion
1-4 Tablespoons cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you want it)
4-6 Tablespoons sea salt
3 Tablespoons arrowroot powder (optional)
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients with a spoon. Stores great in a wide mouth quart jar. Be sure to label it so you know what's in it! I also put a smaller amount in my empty spice jar so I could easily shake onto food while cooking.
Here's what you do.......

I think most of us folks are still buying seasoning blends. BUT, you have, once again, inspired us to spread our healthy wings and make our own dad-gum seasoning mixes. ;)
You're the best!
P.S. Lovin' your mighty fancy pictures! I miss you!
