Spanish Rice
2 or more cups of cooked brown rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
Tomato puree, enough to not have it be dry
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
1-2 teaspoons favorite Mexican seasonings
2 Tablespoons Sucanat
1 teaspoon Basil
1 small onion, chopped or can use minced onion or onion powder
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
In pan saute onion in oil add rice and all other ingredients stir and cook until warm.
