Cheese Cake
Crust:
1 ½ cup walnuts or macadamia nuts
1 cup dates
½ t cinnamon
Filling:
3 cups raw cashews
1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
4-5 lemons juiced
4 Tablespoons coconut oil
½ cup Agave Nectar
Process crust ingredients in food processor until it hold together. Then press in 9x9 pan. Process filling ingredients in blender blend until smooth.(depending on blender you may have to help it along and my be a bit grainy but still will be good don’t worry) Spread filling on top of crust. Top will pureed fruit and dates. Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, or what ever you want.
Just use the recipe above only use a lot less lemon juice, add about ½ -1-15oz. can of pumpkin and also add about a teaspoon or so of cinnamon and nutmeg.....to taste! Allspice too if you like!
